zLink's Facilities Management Software Earns FedRAMP Authorization, Bringing a Unified Platform to Federal Facility Teams

zLink joins the FedRAMP Marketplace, giving federal agencies a single platform alternative to fragmented facilities point solutions.

NEW YORK, N.Y. July 15, 2026 zLink, a provider of facilities, space, and asset management software, today announced that its IWMS/CMMS platform has achieved FedRAMP Authorization through an Authority to Operate (ATO) sponsored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). zLink is now listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace, the federal government's official directory of authorized cloud service offerings.

For facility and real estate teams managing federal properties, the news matters beyond the compliance milestone itself. Government agencies and contractors have traditionally had to stitch together separate systems for maintenance and work orders, space planning, asset tracking, and energy management each procured, secured, and integrated on its own. zLink consolidates those functions into one platform, so a facilities team can manage maintenance, space, assets, moves, energy, and telecommunications from a single system instead of coordinating across several vendors.

FedRAMP is the federal government's standardized security framework for cloud software, requiring an independent third-party assessment of a vendor's controls before an agency can adopt its system. With the ATO in place, the VA and, through the FedRAMP Marketplace, other federal agencies can adopt zLink without conducting that security review from scratch, removing a common barrier to bringing new facilities software into a government environment.

"Achieving FedRAMP Authorization is a significant milestone for zLink and a reflection of the work our teams have put in across engineering, compliance, and quality assurance," said Baiju Udayabhanu, Executive Director and Senior VP of Software Development at zLink. "What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that our internal Engineering, IT, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams built and maintained the entire FedRAMP compliance program. It demonstrates the depth of technical expertise, security maturity, and commitment that exists within zLink."

"Maintaining our FedRAMP authorization will require the same commitment to continuous monitoring and disciplined security practices that got us here," Baiju added. "This is the beginning of a new chapter for zLink in the federal sector."
