Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will own a market accounts across sectors like real estate, higher education, and infrastructure. You'll run the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal and close while partnering closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

• Own a pipeline of enterprise and mid-market prospects, running the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and stakeholder presentations with Facilities, IT, and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy.
• Leverage inbound leads and develop outbound sequences through Apollo and other prospecting tools.
• Represent zLink at industry events and customer meetings.
• Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to surface customer feedback and support technical evaluations.
• Manage and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and forecasting.

The primary responsibility will be to develop the different layers of our applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.

• Hands on experience in Microsoft technologies – C#, .NET Core , ASP.NET, MVC, Linq, SQL Server.
• Hands on experience in client-side development using React Library.
• Familiar with API development using JSON for Mobile and Web
• Hands on experience in designing web application for high performance
• Strong design, coding and debugging skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, development practices, application blocks, tools
• Should be confident, self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies

• Strong experience in Data Analytics and Modeling
• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL queries and Database Management Systems (SQL Server)
• Strong experience in GenAI, LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and their integration through APIs or fine-tuning for domain-specific use cases.
• Experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, and distributed data processing.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), with experience in AI/ML frameworks like scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, or Keras.
• Experience with MLOps tools, version control (Git), and basic cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Proficiency in Data extraction using natural language prompts using LLM pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an independent, ownership-driven attitude.
• Knowledge in Azure AI studio, Visual Studio Copilot.
